Fire Incidents

The fire burning in the **Koolewong, Phegans Bay and Woy Woy Bay** area is now contained. Fire activity remains minimal, with firefighters mopping up hotspots and patrolling the fireground. This will be the **final update** for this fire, however the recovery information below will continue to be updated as relevant.

A bush fire is burning in the **Home Hills Road** area, approximately 22km south of Rylstone. The fire is more than 650 hectares in size and being controlled. An easterly influence wind change will affect the fireground today and will push the fire in a westerly direction through steep and inaccessible terrain towards the **Clandulla** and **Brogan Creek** areas.

The bush fire burning in the **Redhead** area has been contained. The fire has burnt more than 91 hectares.

Due to the increased risk of fire, the Rural Fire Service (RFS) is requesting harvest operators immediately stop and check local weather conditions before deciding whether it is safe to continue harvesting in the following regions: * Bland LGA * Temora LGA

A bush fire is burning in the **Goulburn River National Park**, in the locations of **Flags Road, Worondi Creek Road, Baerami, Baerami Creek, Widden, Yarrawa, Kerrabee, Cullingral Road and Tunbridge Road.**. The fire has burnt more than 14,797 hectares and is being controlled. Monitor conditions and stay up to date in case the situation changes. Know what you will do if the situation changes.
